Refund Policy

At VK Pets, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused 
  • be in its original condition 
  • be returned in its original packaging, if possible 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing original components.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

  • items returned after the 30-day return window 
  • items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered 
  • items not in their original condition 
  • final sale items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@vkpets.com with:

  • your full name 
  • order number 
  • reason for the return 
  • photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect 

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, VK Pets may cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges at this time.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@vkpets.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.
